I was able to try out this anti-build up shampoo from L’Oréal as it showed up on my Vine feed (free products for honest reviews). This is the second shampoo I’ve picked out from L’Oréal’s Curl expression line and I got to say I am so impressed. This line is a salon quality line for curly hair types (I have wavy hair, so it works well for me). This shampoo is an anti build up shampoo and I felt it did a good job cleaning my hair. It isn’t clarifying, which I liked, as it did not dry out my hair. It is sulfate free, so that is also a plus. It left my hair clean, yet hydrated. I absolutely love the way my hair smelled the next morning and liked how it left my waves looking. I am very happy with this line and with this shampoo. I would definitely purchase.

Love this shampoo. I have a chemical perm and this shampoo is light and lathers great. Doesn't feel heavy on my hair and rinses out completely. Definitely worth the price!

I absolutely loved this shampoo. I have curly hair, and this shampoo is perfect for my needs. I have a lot of volume and I have a medium texture.What I liked:-When I first used it it felt soft and it smells great.-You don’t need a lot of product to clean in depth, it’s very creamy.-Cleanses scalp and hair equally well-Moisturizing formula, my curly hair tends to be very dry and this shampoo nourishes and strengthens my curls.-It's sulfate-free, silicone-free and paraben-free, to keep your curls looking healthy.-Cleanses gently, I’ve been using tons of shampoos that strip my hair, this one is very gentle.-After use it, I didn’t feel the need to use a conditioner, It left my hair very soft and shiny.What I don’t liked:-It’s pricey.This is definitely a luxurious and great shampoo, suitable for all types of curls. I highly recommend it!!!

The smell of this shampoo is fabulous! The scent lasts for several days too! I usually wash my hair every few days and this shampoo scent lasts until my next wash! It dispenses great, lathers well and rinses clean. My hair feels so refreshed after using it and looks shiny and very clean.I can tell the buildup is gone. Every time I wash with this my hair has a different kind of clean feel, extra clean. It also brings back so much shine to my hair that is missing from the buildup of other shampoos and products. I am so happy to add this to my routine and make it a weekly thing to wash with it.

This is a nice curl-safe shampoo I like the smell of it especially It definitely provided moisture to my curls It had a nice rich leather, which I found helpful. I didn't have to use a super large amount of it even with my long hair. They give you a fair amount of this and then they recommend that you follow up with a mask which is a very small container which I found to be problematic in their directions.The shampoo by itself is nice, I find that in most places you do need to follow a shampoo and conditioner regimen together for the most optimal solutions, and once I ran out of the mask that they recommended I did see diminished results and how well the curls shined and continued to reflect the most optimal experience. I found that using this with a conditioner designed specifically being for moisturizing or for curls was helpful but did not give the same results as the mask. This is definitely designed to work with other L'Oreal products, which is really the standard practice of most companies.The scent is definitely one floral to me if that bothers you then this is definitely going to bother you. I found the descent did stick around. It does have a hibiscus seed in it (I am guessing that the scent is hibiscus, I am not great at identifying floral scents).

My hair is naturally curly and I like to wear curly extensions. I use this on my real hair and my extensions and I love it, my hair feels so nourished and the jelly like texture helps it get on all my strands easily. I don’t know if it’s the hibiscus but this just smells amazing (fruity and floral). I really like this curl expression line my Loreal.

I used it for washing my hair after braids and it worked great to remove build up from my hair. It is a good product and smells nice. It is a good value for the size, quality, moisture and price.
