King Size Ventilated Seat Cushion, Gray

I live in South Florida and summer here it’s brutally hot! I have a leather office chair and I bought this to keep my backside cool. Even with the air conditioner in the office, I still was getting hot and sweaty by the end of the day. I remember my father using one of these in his car back in the day. It’s not pretty looking, it’s not to make your chair more comfortable, it’s to keep you COOL. And it does just that! Inexpensive perfect way to regulate your temperature in the summer.

I use this product in my personal vehicle. It works fine except that the weave is made of a paper like material that does not tolerate getting wet, like from sweat in the summertime. The material seems to dissolve then in left sitting directly on the springs. I can get about 2 months use in the warmer months before it's necessary to replace the cushion.

The cushion itself is great; but, the straps could greatly and easily be improved, by simply making them into an adjustable belt & buckle. I bought the king size cushion (because it didn't come in the color I wanted for the size I needed), and the stretch straps felt as though they were both going to rip from the cushion, because they were so tight. If they decide to sell this cushion in the size and color that I want, I'll buy it and make my own straps. Side-note: Having bought the king size, for my Toyota Camry, I had to place a couch cushion behind the back so the ventilated cushion would have enough support to maintain its shape and be comfortable. Over-all, I'm very happy with it.Update: The plastic mesh (~7" from the top and on the side) didn't last ten months. I drive approximately 1,200 miles per year, keep my car parked for days (sometimes weeks) at a time in a climate controlled garage, and being 5'09", 145 lbs put very little stress on seats. I had one of these before (though medium size); and, it lasted several years before the plastic began deteriorating into flakes. Either the quality is going down or this size isn't good for the seats of a Toyota Camry. Remedy: The manufacturer needs to make this item in a medium size with the same color...and Amazon sellers need to sell it.

Here in west Texas, one can't sit on leather interior in the summer unless you've got a high zoot vehicle with cooled seats...LOL! Otherwise this cushion really does the job, and it's quite comfortable over long hauls. The sweating and discomfort is pretty well eliminated. On the durability, it's too soon to tell, but it definitely doesn't appear to made of paper mache.

Got just what I paid for made cheap and sold cheap, I gave it a three because of poor quality but mostly the shipping, it was shipped quickly but with fed-ex it took 3 extra days to get it because FedEx done a very poor job delivering it was sent across the United States because they said the they couldn't read the label not the first time I've had problems with FedEx I will shy away from sellers using FedEx

This cushion worked well to allow air to circulate and stopping persperation while mowing on hot days.

Comfortable and seems well built. Unfortunately after a month and 11 days it’s tearing at the seams. I use it daily for about 7 hours of use. I’m a delivery driver and exit and enter my truck about a dozen times a day. I’m only 150lbs so I’m surprised it broke so fast. My last one was a beaded one and it last 7 months before loosing beads. Not happy and I can’t recommend.

These pads are doing what I hoped for. I used to get sweaty in the crotch when sitting for long periods on leather seats, such as driving or doing computer work (in my leather chair). I have used them for a month and have not had the problem with sweating like I did before. Great pads.
