Life changer - Thanks TikTok!
Thanks to coming across a random ladyâs post on TikTok, I learned that black women tend to lack Lactobacillus crispatus which could lead to us being disproportionately affected by BV, thrush and other issues. I found this supplement had said Lactobacillus crispatus so I thought Iâd give it a try as someone whoâs suffered for years with thrush and BV. Let me tell YOU! Been taking them a few days and theyâve given me stomach pains extreme bloating and a complete face breakout in spots like a teenager again ! I read the reviews and thought it would help my tummy problems but it made them worse and made my skin break out

No taste/smell

People donât realize how important it is to take supplements (the food you consume, especially now a days DOES NOT have all the proteins, nutrients, etc your body needs to function at it best!). Itâs so important to note that probiotics are essential for your GUT health and the health of other organs! If your gut is out of whack, how is your body going to consume the proteins, nutrients, etc that your body needs? It canât! Stop wasting time and purchase thisâŠyou wonât regret it! OhâŠand drink plenty of water! But not too much water where you get water toxicity and your brain ends up swelling to the point bad things happen.
