They do what it's made for, however, it takes two people to put the brace on correctly. It has to be adjusted throughout the day also.

A friend told me about this product and I was initially skeptical but took a gamble because it was inexpensive. It gently pulls your shoulders back for proper posture while sitting at a desk. I work 8-12 hours a day at a computer and this really helps, even if its only a gently pressure on your shoulders, it also constantly reminds you of posture. I always huddle over my keyboard but this really has corrected that so far. I have high hopes that over time this will correct a nagging back pain that is only temporarily fixed by chiropractors and deep tissue.Also, they provide a cool little 35 page ebook on back pain. Two other people in my office have purchased one since seeing me wear it and they seem pleased.

This works well for me. I broke my arm several months ago and my shoulders were wanting to slouch forward. I find it comfortable. It circles under armpits but that is not a problem. I find that if it is digging too much into my armpits (see photo), then I need to actively move my shoulder back to relieve the stress. That is what you want. You don't want the brace to allow your muscles to weaken. I wear for about 2 hours per day and I believe it has helped my posture.

The moment you take it out of the box, you start wondering how the heck you are going into this horse bridle. There are confusing straps intersecting here and there. Once figure that out, and adjust the straps to your needs, it somewhat works, but it only works while standing. It doesn't hold you straight if your sitting. I guess this goes for all similar products of this kind.After few hours of wearing it, it starts hurting your arms. Because the straps are too thin for the job, and too tight, as they have to be tight to hold you upright.It could somewhat help for your posture IF the sections of the straps running under your arms were wider, maybe even padded. Returned.

Don't know how this has so many great reviews. Look at the pics - no one has their hands down at their side because ... they can't! The material is bulky in the pits and it is painful to put my arms down. Comes with no instructions, so I put it on based on the pics here at the amazon site. I have it right, but it feels very wrong - unless you keep your hands on your hips. Couldn't make it through 2 minutes. Its going right back!

To big for women I'm 5.8 145 and I'm on the very last cm of Velcro before it would not even work.No free returns so I'm stuck with it.

I only wear this product a few minutes at a time until I get used to it, but it does so much for my posture in those few minutes. I am able to hold that posture for about an hour after I take it off.

I’m 5’3” and this was too big for me. It’s supposed to be adjustable but but enough to be tight on me. It was loose on me and I did not feel it correcting my posture. It might work on someone bigger.
