Took a couple weeks to receive but the product is prettier in real life than the picture! It does have a home-crafted feel, I had to superglue a couple of the jewels back on and the first set of clock hands didn't work, but a 2nd one was provided with my purchase and that one worked. All in all, I've received several compliments on how pretty and unique it is. Great seller communication.
