I recently purchased this wet/dry vacuum and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. This vacuum has made cleaning up spills and messes a breeze. The powerful suction combined with the versatility of being able to handle both wet and dry debris makes it an excellent tool for any household or job site. The durable construction and ease of use make this vacuum a great investment. I would highly recommend this wet/dry vacuum to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient cleaning solution , i do however, would like to note that it lasts only 30 minutes , which is what other models on the market run as well . I wish they would come up with a battery that lasts at least 1-2 hours .

I really liked this vacuum. I bought it in November of 2022 and now, in July of 2023, it is dead. I attempted to reach the company to ask them about it and I have not heard back from them. For the money you pay, you should expect the item to last more than 9 months. This is very disappointing.Here is my first review before I realized we are dealing with a non-responsive company. Sad!Dear Neakasa, I love my wet dry vacuum! It is everything I wanted and more. I love that you can push a button and have it deep clean itself. I do remove the roller to dry and, because I have a house full of hairy pets, I am able to get to all the pet hair when I pull the roller off. If you asked me for one thing that I would like on future versions, it would be to have a light on the machine. I have dark floors and can visualize hair and dust when the lights are out. I won't complain though. My home is ALWAYS clean because of the ease of use and evidence that I have a cleaner home (that debris filter makes me question what I am doing every time I empty it because we believe you could eat off the floors and then you pull that dirty water cup out and it is disgusting....but that tells me that your machine is working well)

Loved this vacuum while it worked. All the sudden it died while using it & now it will not do anything. It is less than a year old, & I use it about twice a month. I have emailed the product page & I am hoping they will make it right. Kind of hard to stomach spending $250 on something that worked about 20 times total use.

Got this nifty wet/dry vac so supplement my old roomba and my floors have never been this clean. I’ve never had a wet and dry vacuum before and this one will do both at the same time. No need to vacuum before you use the mop function, it can do both at the same time. It picks up all the pet hair on the rugs and then is able to mop up the tile floor without missing a beat. Mopping used to be such a chore and swiffers never quite got the clean I was looking for but this makes everything so much easier. I’m able to get into those corners and lower areas that the roomba can’t manage. It’s very easy to put together and take apart for cleaning. Plus it even has a self cleaning feature that is really cool and very quick. The user manual even had a QR code that showed a brief but helpful intro video on assembly, use, and care. The led display shows its battery life and current mode and is very easy to read. The learning curve on this cleaner is only a few minutes and really makes cleaning the floors so much easier.

I use this every single day, multiple times a day. I've even showed it off on Facebook, and others have ordered it. I'm not sure how I lived without this, but I never want to again! It really does clean pretty much anything. Raw eggs and shells, noodles, popcorn, liquids, etc. It does struggle with lager items, though. But it's well worth it! We did have to return our original, as it was having issues. But the new one has been a blessingUpdateWe've started having issues with our machine, but customer service is doing their best to help resolve the issues. I'm crossing my fingers it can be resolved. Sometimes issues arise that can't be controlled. As long as we get it resolved.

I have had this product now for 5 months. It works pretty good but does not get near baseboards well and you have to vacuum pretty slowly. I wish i would have spent a little more on a better product.

My old Hoover died on me so I wanted to upgrade to a cordless vacuum.I was a bit reluctant at first when I started shopping around and saw the price tag was a bit steeper than the regular vacuum, but decided to give this Neakasa a shot given its elegant design.It comes in a nice package, extremely easy to assemble (around 5 min) without even reading the manual.Dry and wet vacuum, that moves from carpet to hard wood or ceramic floor instantly. It has powerful suction with two speeds (one button trigger) for both dust and hard stains and the very good run time up to just shy of an hour.I like everything about this Neakasa, the lightweight, the ease of use since it’s cordless, the wet/dry combination, the little room the charging dock takes and the fact it segregates the debris from the dirty water when you the reservoirDefinitely gonna keep it.

This thing works wonderfully for pet stains. We were tired of having to mop every time our dog peed. This thing really works, but it does require daily cleaning which kinda defeats the purpose. You can’t just dump and rinse it, you have to soak and clean it well. If you don’t it will start smelling up your whole house as we learned the hard way due to our 10 year old not cleaning it for a few days.Update:Changed this to one stars as it didn’t even last 6 months. The suction just completely stopped working one day without warning. This thing is now completely useless. Way too expensive for it break down this fast.

Se potessi dare zero alla valutazione lo farei.Il titolo e descrizione del prodotto sono completamente errati, infatti si riceve solo un ricambio al posto dell'intera scopa.Per di più essendo venduto dal Regno Unito il reso è lungo e complesso con mille documenti doganali da allegare.Ci ho messo più di un mese a finalizzare il reso e solo perché tutte le informazioni in pagina sono completamente errate.Per cui non fatevi fuorviare dal prezzo ed evitate l'articolo.

L'oggetto che mi è arrivato non è la lavapavimenti, ma un kit composto da un rullo e un filtro hepa di ricambio. Ho reso la merce con non poche difficoltà dato che si tratta di una spedizione proveniente da Amazon UK. È stato necessario chiamare il servizio clienti tre volte e anticipare le spese di reso. Brutta esperienza che non fa bene ad Amazon dato che l'errore non è mio, ma il disagio e il tempo perso si.

Come ho anticipato nel titolo della recensione, non acquistatelo a meno che non vogliate solo la spazzola di ricambio!Nonostante nella foto ci sia l'aspirapolvere completo, vi arrivano solo il filtro e una spazzola...

che seccatura! Ho ricevuto solo lo spazzola e il processo di restituzione non è facile. Ho dovuto pagare 25 euro per restituirlo a GB e mi è stato detto che riceverò solo fino a 15 euro, vediamo come succede?
