It is especially great when you have a small room and nowhere to rest a drink or cup of tea or coffee, etc..

This works if you do not have anything you need to access on the sofa arms such as recliner buttons

Like that it's bamboo. Fits the arm or the sofa or chair really well because it's adjustable. I say dual use as if you keep it flat and have the backing side up it can be placed on the empty seat beside you on the sofa or if the sofa is big enough between 2 people so the all important cake or biscuits don't slide around. Ideal if room wouldn't accommodate some sort of table.
