So far, I am super happy with this heated throw. First, it is REALLY plush so even without the heat on it will keep you warm. The available settings for heat and time are great although I don’t know how fine-tuned the heat settings are because even on low it still seems really warm, I can’t imagine the highest setting. I use this as a blanket for sleep but it has snaps at the top so you can use it as a wrap while sitting which is a nice added feature. I do wish the chord was centered and not on the left side and that the controller chord would reach closer so I could change settings without have to get up. But to be fair as a throw or wrap, the controller would be reachable compared to on a bed. I am happy with the fabric quality which puts the snuggly factor 5/5. Also, if you have pets prepare to defend your heated spot! My cats give 5/5 review as well.

I’ve had several heated blankets & throws over the years. I always hate it when one kicks the bucket because I have to buy a new one. My anxiety level elevates & I can’t breathe a sigh of relief until I’m sure the new one works well & is user friendly. This surpassed my hopes! The control is easily self explanatory. The heating levels offer many choices.!I have found I am cozy between low & level 3. It’s soft. I LOVE IT. I have been able to turn my thermostat down by three degrees.Addendum Dec 16, 2022I have fallen farther in love with this blanket. So much so that I purchased three more for Christmas presents. As the nighttime temps continue to drop lower I am still comfy and cozy with my blanket temp set between low and 3 (depending on what night clothes I am wearing). The heat distribution is uniform (no "hot spots"). Am keeping my thermostat at 65 degrees F this winter. I would say this blanket is the best purchase I have made this year.

I have bought an electric blanket every year for at least a decade. I've bought them at Walmart, Target and Penney's. Not a one of them survives today, and most of them lasted about a week...then the warmth stopped or the cord prongs got bent or whatever. Sunbeam was the worst offender. This year when I said I wanted to order an electric throw, my husband groaned, "Not again!"My home office faces a wall of windows and it gets really cold in here despite the house's heat being on.My routine is to get up, turn on the folded throw to "H" (highest setting) and then I go and make my coffee. In those 5-8 minutes, the blanket heats. By the time I shuffle in here to check my agenda, the blanket is so toasty! It's like being hugged. I turn the heat down to about 4, and I'm good to go. At night, I fold the blanket into a surprisingly small square and put the remote on top so it'll be ready for the next morning's pre-heating. (This is just how I do it. The throw does not require "pre-heating.")I wasn't crazy about the color because I generally don't like gray. However, the throw is actually quite neutral in color. I quite like it now.One thing: I believe somewhere it says "safe for pets." It is not. A dog can be burned by such an item, and I don't mean just this particular throw. Our 17-year old Bichon is NOT allowed to be on the blanket.I couldn't be happier with an electric throw even if it did come in purple!

The appearance of the "Throw", with two different sides, are both very soft, and nice, and it appears very well made. However, as for the "Heating" part... Only perhaps, approximately, a (1) Sq.Ft. section, near the center, that ONLY gets, MODESTLY WARM. But because the throw is so nice and soft, i use it to trap the heat from two other heating pads, (1) under the throw, and (1) over, or on top of the throw! Both of the 12x36 heating pads have unlimited heating and with (1) directly over my lower legs, then, with the Throw over the heating pad, and my legs, i place the other 12x36 heating pad on top of the Throw, over my knee on top of the Throw. The two heating pads are working for now. The Throw is used more as a leg blanket.I have a condition where nerve damage and circulation cause horrible foot and leg cramps. Keeping my legs warm allow me to sleep without being awakened by cramping legs. (Whatever works!)

I have a queen size bed but ended up getting the twin sized blanket since it was for personal use. The blanket itself is so soft and heats up pretty quickly. I like the timer feature so I can turn it on before bed and it’ll keep me warm all night, but then if I ever forget to shut it off, the timer will make sure it’s off. The button feature is pretty cool, as I can sit up in bed watching tv and the blanket will stay on. I’d say to size up on the blanket if you want extra to snuggle with because I’m 5’5” and it fits my size exactly. All in all, the quality is worth the price, and I’d recommend buying this if you’re looking for a heated blanket!

Nice blanket. The dial is a little too sensitive though. Kind of spotty heat. But it keeps me warm & it’s a good size. I went to purchase another and the seller changed the price twice while it was in my cart. Both prices were $10+ less than today, btw. My suggestion is not buying it at any inflated price that seems like it’s a “Black Friday deal”. Check back when it’s really on sale.

I absolutely love this blanket. It is very warm and comfortable. Light but does the job very well. It has a sheepskin (not real) lining that is especially soft. You can't go wrong with this heated blanket/throw. Buy it if you stay cold all of the time. It really helps.
