Brilliant product
Dries my hair really fast. Very light and comfortable to hold. Good quality packaging. Attractive, fun design. Only things that would improve it slightly would be not having to hold down cool airflow button (press and release would be better) and a handle on box. Nothing worth losing a star over though. Still best hair dryer I've ever had. Love it!

Pink grill at back broken and bent
I dropped the hairdryer a couple of times and the back pink metal grill is really light. It became bent after falling and the grill is poking out sharply across an entire side. It's now become a health hazard as I can easily cut myself everytime I dry my hair. Really very disappointed and upset by this as I spent so much money on this hairdryer.

A lightweight and powerful hairdryer.
When I read how light this hairdryer was, I wasn't sure how true it was. As soon as it arrived I took it out of the box and, yes it is soo light! This is important to me as I have fibromyalgia and struggle if the hairdryer is too heavy for me to dry my hair.There is no lack of performance with this hairdryer. I have quite thick hair but it was dry pretty quick.It even looks good! I'm perfectly happy and even got it cheaper here than from Boots!
