Top notch customer service
I bought this bundle a couple weeks back upon delivery I learned that one of the blasters wasn't functioning. I messaged Joe blasters directly I had to provide them a short video of the malfunction and pertinent information as far as gel Blaster ID and my info. Within 24 hours they had a new blaster another gelat bucket and 20,000 more gelats in route to my place. All they wanted in return was the non-functioning Blaster I got to keep all the jealous that came with it the safety glasses the extra Hopper all they wanted was the blaster. With that said The Blasters are definitely fun for kids. they chop gellets like mad though, full auto is really the only way to go. it double feeds too badly to use the single shot in my opinion. With that said I'm definitely buying more blasters and gellets these things are a freaking Riot for what they are and how inexpensive they are.

great product
works great, good price compared to other modles. WARNING do not buy the other of brand gel ammo on amazon it does not work as well as the on brand stuff. ads of them saying that they can go threw cardboard is strait crap. but it hurts to the point where you can fell it and it is fun. does have great accuracy i can hit trees from 60 feet out easy. easy to use. will not jam. is safe (wear glasses)

6 of 9 guns defective. Don't risk it. Buy different guns!
I ordered 6 of these as Christmas gifts. 3 worked ok. 3 wouldn't hold a charge at all. I reached out to the company for replacements. I hoped they would be able to supply me with working units as the guns have batch numbers printed on the bottom. Maybe they'd send me working units from a good batch. The company even requests a batch number when submitting a claim. When I heard back from them they said to do an exchange through Amazon since their ordering system was down and would be for weeks to come. So I took a gamble and did an exchange through Amazon and received 3 MORE DEFECTIVE GUNS. I ended up returning all of them. The reviews indicate that these were once great guns. But as of recently reviews have taken a nose dive. Save yourself the headache and order different guns.

How is this not more popular? Perfect example of wishing something existed when I was younger.
I am an adult but purchased this obvious child's toy for a pedestrian use (more on that in a minute). I read what it was, understood the concept and was still surprised when I saw it in person.HOW IS THIS NOT MORE POPULAR? Water gun fights are never going to go away. This takes it to new level. Little soft mini jelly belly looking pellets that shoot very far but go poof and leave nothing. I mean they go far (like 100 ft). Auto fire many at a time or pop one at a time. Completely fun loading/re-loading with different colors and option for glow in dark. Shot bunch at point blank to hand or leg and crazy how there is no discomfort and the super tiny water baloon like pelets just go poof into almost dust. Why did I buy a child toy? No I am not ambushing the neighbor kids... it works great for pest control. Way too many rabbits, squirrels, wood peckers and other super intrusive unwanted pests diging up lawn or damaging house. And most are almost unphased by a person approaching or just scatter far enough to wait until presence is gone and come right back.I have tried many options for more permanent deterrance without risk of arrest. In my Bill Murray Caddyshack grounds keeper journey the best option seemed to be complex set of smart cameras triggering sprinkler, lights or siren... all of which are large work for little outcome. What does seem to work really well (and is WAY more fun) is annoying little pellets launched from 100ft away directionally to guide escape route. Literally 2 maybe 3 times the pests move on. Also great for birds hanging out just out of reach until you leave so they can remove grass seed or dig holes. (Who knew birds dig so many holes). 100ft reaches top of trees and power lines. 100ft also reaches woodpeckers knocking holes in 2nd story of house.I look forward to paying for additional ammo because it has become so fun taking back my house and yard and having the prospect of a year without 3-4 weekends of woodpecker hole fixing, or weeks of yard work dealing with lost grass seed, repairing dug up areas... etc.I honestly can't believe there isn't a YouTube channel dedicated to stalking intrusive pests, annoying family pets or harassing kids with this stupidly cartoonish yet supremely fun water pellet blaster toy. This is now my Red Ryder and better than waiting for Santa I just had old St. Amazon drop it off next day. (Props if you get the reference). If you are buying this for a child... buy two so you don't have to keep them from having fun when you realize you want to keep using it.Great unexpected A+ total buy!

Good and affordable fun!
I have been reading about gellet guns for a few weeks and finally "pulled the trigger" on ordering a couple for my two boys...okay and myself. There were plenty of options but I chose to go with what I understood to be the original after reading other reviews and watching some videos. The guns arrived fully charged with an ammo hopper full of gellets, safety glasses, and 10,000 extra gellets. Within minutes we were at war! The gun has single shot and full auto settings. All you do is point and shoot. Being hit with these pellets at less than 30' will give you a good sting and all of us were left with little round welts on our arms, legs, and torsos. You definitely need to wear the eye protection! The battery life of these is decent and more than enough for a full hopper of ammo. It doesn't take long to empty the gellets on full auto so the ready made gellets were gone in no time. The accuracy of these guns is not excellent, but it isn't bad either. You can watch the gellets occasionally sail off target which may be due to the gellet quality rather than the gun. I would not put it on the level of airsoft or paintball, but considering it doesn't cost nearly as much as those guns, one would not expect it to be.To make more gellets is easy--one package in a gallon of water and wait two hours. That's it. I didn't get the gellet bucket that would probably make this much easier, but a standard rubbermaid container with a lid worked fine.Final notes: We have used these guns indoors and outdoors and from what I can tell there has been no mess left behind. The gellets dissolve overtime leaving no trace. I have also found that the gun is good for keeping my cat off of the kitchen counter. It could also be used for a non-lethal deterrent for squirrels and other animals in the yard. This is a good fun purchase for kids and adults.
