Q: Should I use distilled water

Whilst our product has been designed to work well with tap water, maintenance due to algae and the water becoming cloudy. The water will need to be changed approximately once every few months. By using distilled water, the water will stay clean for longer.

Q: Why isn't there any water coming out?

Dear Customer, Is the pump plugged in and switched on? Is the pump making a noise? If there is no sound coming from the pump, please contact us. If the pump is making a noise, please keep the water pump completely under the water level and fill the water from time to time. please makes sure the water pump does not touch the wall of the stainless steel base in case of vibration.

Q: How to empty and change the water?

We have provided a hand water pump to aid in emptying your water wall. Attach the pump to the pipe and place the other end of the pipe deep into the base. Place a large bucket on the floor and start pumping until the water starts flowing freely. You can now remove the manual hand pump and allow the water to continue flowing. If the water stops or flows out too slowly then start pumping with your hand until the water drains out.

Q: Can the product be repaired if it is broken? What situations are not within the scope of maintenance?

Dear Customer, Our products are not manufactured to withstand extreme temperatures. Improper storage that allows water to freeze within a product may cause damage and is considered negligence and will, therefore not be covered under this warranty. The use of “hard water” and/or caustic cleaners can affect the paint or other finishes. Failure to keep the unit clean, and use of additives/cleaners, will also void the warranty. As with any product, all finishes with time will gradually fade and discolor. The warranty will only cover severe or complete fading within the first year from the date of purchase.
