Like other reviewers it came without the cool packs. Since I only plan to feed dry dog food or treats with it, it's not a big deal. Plus it is now out of stock. I must have gotten the last one! But the timer works as expected and so far our cocker has not decided to take it apart to get at the food.

I bought this for when my husband was in the hospital and I knew I could not be home to feed our tiny toy poodle. She needs to eat 4 times a day. I was able to leave dry food in this, set the timer, and knew she wouldn't miss her afternoon feeding. I used it for a week before his surgery so she would get used to it. She loves it. I now set her lunch in it everyday and she sits next to it a few minutes before it opens.

Says it comes with the cool packs but they arent in the box. Otherwise it seems fine. I just think these kinds of feeders are overpriced in general. I wish they came with stainless dishes to prevent cat acne too. But it is a necessity in my house so oh well.

Dogs happy. I add 5 months later that we still love this. Our husky knocked it down and tried to open the lid. She pushed it was all over the floor and it has scratch marks on it but that thing never opened and she never got to that extra food. So we found this to be a very good product.

I love this product! It allows you to record so my cat can hear when is feading time, you have up to 4 meals that you can shcedule by time. I have mine on a diet, it feeds him automatically by weight and time. It has the capability to be connected to a power outlet and you can also use batteries.

The ice pack was missing and the timer would pop off when I opened up the lid. It seemed as if someone else had previously returned it. Really a shame because It was exactly what I needed.

This does exactly what I want it to, feed my old dog when I’m working during the day (smaller meals more frequently). I like that it’s not digital and doesn’t have any bells or whistles. No, there were no ice packs but I don’t need them anyway. It works as advertised.

This feeder is good for my cat. i can set time just turn the button, when it is the setted time, it will open. and the two bowls is removable ,i can clean it just remove them.

早起きのワンさんに、購入しました。タイマーをセットしておりますがたまぁ〜に、フタが開いてない時があります。でも、ちゃんと開いて食べていてくれる時もあります。継続して使わさせて頂きます。

単純なつくりで高齢の母にも使いこなせた。数ヶ月使っているがいまのところ問題がない。大雑把な時間しか設定できないですがそれで十分だった常時内蔵の時計が動いているのでいつ止まるかがわかりにくいのがネックですかね

商品の箱が開いていて中古品でした。しかも電池を入れても動かなくて不良品で対応も悪く残念です。

ツマミタイマー設定というアナログだし、とても単純。他のアナログ商品でもこんなに安くはないから、うちの子達にはこれで十分！
