Love this espresso machine. Easy and quick cups of espresso or latte or cappachino for morning and afternoon refresher. I tried several machines then finally landed on Mr. Coffee. Oh, happy days.I had to contact the company about the coffee grind holder that came with the machine and within 2 days my new one arrived. No question and no cost.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I had a previous coffee espresso machine of a different supposedly high quality brand (Gevi) that I was generously gifted from my son for Christmas... unfortunately it only worked for me for 8 weeks before all of a sudden crashing with no explanation- then I got a replacement of that same machine, the first night I tried out the replacement, it never worked :( so I decided I would try a different brand completely. After reading all of the amazing positive reviews on this one, I decided to pull the trigger, and wow, it has truly impressed me!!! From the moment I got it, I have noticed how powerful it is-- it brews amazing espresso, only takes a few minutes to warm up, and the frother is absolutely AMAZING!! It truly gives me he best frothed milk I have ever gotten from an espresso machine. I give this machine a 10/10, 5 stars for sure!!!! I hope it continues to work this well and lasts me a long time :) to anyone looking for a great machine, THIS is it!!!!! You will be very happy with your purchase!!

I ordered this machine with the hopes it would be worth it. The first one came and after a very short time it stopped working correctly. I sent it bank and received a new one. The new one came in Nov. 2023. Here it is not even a year later and it has stopped working. Di yourself a favor and spend the extra money on a machine that will last. This one is garbage. I'm very disappointed because now it's past the return date and I'm stuck with it.

The box arrived busted. I know that’s not the companies fault, but Amazon and ups. How it is in the picture is exactly how they left it on my steps. After inspecting it, it appeared to be fine so we tested it out. After cleaning and pulling some water shots we tried a pre ground coffee. It pulled very nicely, had no plastic taste… the steam wand however… I’m iffy on it. It’s a bit finicky to use but that’s because I’m new to the machine. I think after some adjustments and practice It’ll be fine.

I replaced an older Delonghi 15 bar machine with this one and I'm pretty happy with it. It heats up so much faster than the Delonghi (which was ~15 min, this one is ready in about a minute) and the espresso tastes fine. The steamer wand/frother works pretty well. I'm not doing anything fancy with it, but at this price point it was well worth it for home use. Read the instructions before using as there are a few different options with the way it brews; I use a bigger coffee cup so I don't use the presets.

I have been using the machine for almost a month and I have not had a problem so far. It is really easy to clean. I do not understand the people who wrote the bad reviews had what kind of a problem 🤷🏻‍♀️. For the first week you may taste a bit plastic but it disappears. Milk steamer works perfectly. Coffee tastes good. Frankly, I assume that coffee taste depends on the brand to which you prefer to use. Overall, I am not going to a big famous coffee shop anymore :). Finally, if I will have any issue I will revise this review cause I do not want to make people aggrieved who may affect by this review.

Got going in no time. Easy buttons, easy manual. No timers or other nonsense to deal with: poor the water, turn it on, tap your finely ground coffee, twist the handle in, and push another button. Voila! Out comes the goodness that tastes just awesome! No more drip-crap in this household! And the steam wand is awesome too!Update (7 months later): As I educated myself in the art of espresso I started getting frustrated with this machine. No matter how hard I tried I just got a thin crema and so-so shots. Perhaps I need a more expensive machine I thought to myself and 7 months later it stopped working. No water would come out and no tricks I was able to try after hours of youtube browsing would fix that. Off it went back because luckily it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Bummer, can't really recommend it anymore
