I got this for my girlfriend about two years ago for her *ahem* “only slightly disorganized trunk which is not normally messy.”I am actually writing this review a couple of years after purchase, after yet again locating this item in my past orders to send to another friend inquiring where they could get the identical carrier. I should’ve worked in an affiliate link somewhere as I’ve probably sold about a dozen of these by proxy.This has been on camping trips, the beach, lugged countless Costco and grocery runs inside (great for minimizing back and forth), and so on. I don’t think a week or two has gone by in the last two years where it hasn’t seen use.In those two years nothing on it has broke or torn. Handles still doing their thing like at day one.The key to this one is that it:1. Has an aesthetic appeal greater than that of a black industrial garbage bag. Most of these by their seem geared toward frat bros looking for less trips to the trunk to bring in beer cases.I wouldn’t have been able to have sold my girlfriend on it otherwise. That being said it’s not that it’s ‘feminine’ but rather that she has a higher baseline standard of visual appeal. I’d call it gender agnostic, yet sophisticated. Would not seem out of place in the trunk of a Mercedes or Tesla for example.That being said don’t crucify me if it doesn’t have the build quality of a Louis Vuitton bag.... it’s $30, one must make compromises.2. You only use the surface area you need and not more- It folds and clips together to contort itself I to various use cases.It can also be fully sandwiched together to be tucked out of the way when not in use, or let’s say carried into a grocery store.3. This versatility doesn’t diminish its sturdiness. It may sag ever so slightly in the center but it will effortlessly carry its volume in Chicago bricks.Again, caveat: treat your trunk organizer like you’d like to be treated. It’s not rated to be thrown into a tornado.If you are the kind of person that can’t have nice things, use milk crates.4. The pockets are excellent for things like keys, a wallet or other small items you want to keep segregated from everything else.5. While I wouldn’t dump a gallon of water into it, I’ve not run into any leaking issues despite using it to crate around bags of ice and other items from a freezer or fridge that will “sweat”.Again, it might be wise as an extra precaution to use some waterproofing spray if you intend to use this at the beach to keep your beers on ice.... but if I were you I’d use a cooler.6. The velcro on the bottom is a wonderful touch, so that it will stay put and not jostle around or tip over in the trunk. It’s still just as functional a few years later as it was on day one- not too difficult to remove to be annoying, yet just difficult enough to keep it from tipping over.All-in-all this is a no -brainer.I don’t know about you but I’ve spent $30 on some pretty dumb and useless things in my life.I would rank this alongside other time-saving technological wonders such as a cordless drill, which you can get away with in life not having but wouldn’t want to if you could manage to avoid it.

Shocked at the quality. Was just slightly smaller than expected but not by far.. I shop at Costco and hate lugging cardboard boxes.. I put most of my products in here after organizing to fit as much as I could.. when I got home I used this to carry in almost everything and it was super sturdy...

Right out of the box I knew this would be a winner. The product is made of sturdy rugged materials, yet is light and easy to store. I have two dogs (my children) who I take everywhere and on daily outings and hikes around Denver. Trunk King allows me to keep all their toys and treats organized and away from the human items that I keep in the other comprments. I love my dogs but don't want their slobbered tennis balls on my grocery bags.I especially love the pockets on all sides. No more water bottles clanking around in the back. They slide right in and stay in place driving around the Rocky Mountains.A great use has been shopping at Costco. No more bringing their random boxes home! I just fold the trunk king and bring it in with me. Unfold and load it up at checkout.It's easy to wipe down and clean as well!

I have this love hate relationship with this thing. It's almost too perfect! I store everything in there... and I mean EVERYTHING. I have my beach stuff, car cleaning stuff, school supplies, work out equipment, extra clothes, snacks and what ever other junk I would need in a zombie appocolypse.Middle flap that velcros, is a bit flemsy but I got small totes (from the dollar tree) to put in each compartment for extra support!

I’ve was debating on some kind of organizing container for the back of my SUV for some time. After using a large empty box for several weeks, I shopped and decided on the Trunk King. It arrived right before Christmas and wow, what a hit! It came in handy for bringing gifts to and from family gatherings. It’s non skid bottom prevented things from shifting and the handles makes for easy carrying. The small pockets come in handy while the case as a whole is quite sturdy. I think any type of auto should have one so I’m getting one for my wife’s car and a second one for my SUV. Heck, it would be a great practical gift for other family members too.

Works great! I was a little worried that it didn't come with any anchoring mechanism (although it has rings in place to use if desired) but is has velcro on the bottom and that alone worked great for keeping groceries from sliding around in the trunk of our Prius-V. You can see from the photos the before/after driving around, the water and kitty litter slid all around, but four heavy bags of groceries (which is the amount it holds) stayed perfectly in place.

I love this thing! It holds four grocery bags. It doesn’t slide around the back of my SUV. When I don’t need it, it folds up flat and doesn’t take up room. It’s extremely well made and I think is going to out live my new car.

This trunk organizer is well made, large with lots of storage options but unfortunately falls short with the bottom coverage being VERY flimsy and missing some advertised features. Most "quality" trunk organizers I reviewed on Amazon include a solid bottom platform that folds up or removes completely, but this one does not have that. The bottom is just a flimsy material. What good is the sturdy handles if the bottom sags."8-point non-slip grips" and "zipper stash pocket" are advertised but were not included on the product I received. See image with review.
