OK product but incorrect size delivered. Disappointing

I have suffered from back pain over 10 years now. Monthly doctors visits two surgeries and currently in PT thank god for my physical therapist she suggested I grab a pair these. They fit perfect, they are amazing comfortable, and the quality of the shoe is amazing m. It is very versatile in the aspect that I am able to wear them with shorts, jeans, leggings or capris. But oh my have I felt better since wearing these shoes on a daily basis the support that I get in my arches is amazing big brother t also no longer hurts to walk for long periods of time without complaining. There is no amount of money to add up to the value you get from wearing this sneaker. The versatility of what you can pair these with is amazing but still being fashion forward.

I can walk and stay on my feet for hours with these shoes.

I found on 2 different styles runs 1/2 size too big.

Very uncomfortable

The grips on one of these shoes just started falling off after a month of minimal wear.
