These banneton are a great size for a loaf made with 500g flour and the oval shape is excellent as I bake in an oval roaster rather than a dutch oven.The liners fit the baskets well and have so far had no problems releasing the dough.The dough whisk is ok but has quite a short handle, and the lame does an adequate job.

Not sure how long they will last, so treating them with kid gloves. One of the liners has already came undone after first use, but restiched easily. Great for sourdough. Was confused about the blades- thought the little green box was spares, but no, there is only one blade which of course blunts quickly. The rest of the gear included is good.

All arrived as expected but the pulp is made of bad quality material. No matter how much rice flour you put, it sticks in some big way especially to the bottom.I have a round one already that I used for years. So it is not a new process. But this oval does not hold the rice flour, the side angles are all wrong and steep and there are cracks or splints. I have to buy again because you cannot clean up stuck dough well.

All good and as shown. I purchased this as it works out a lot cheaper than buying items separately .4 stars because the lame is cheaply made and the blade is not sharp enough, not much better than using a knife. I will probably need to buy a better one.
