Thonet and Vander Multi Room Bluetooth Hub and Router

First day: It just inexplicably started working I was showing my son how it was supposed to work and it just did what it was expected to do the all the times I had tried before :).This originally was a one star review as i tried for hours to get thing up and running. I was well into the return procedure and was showing m,y son what it was supposed to do and it just started working :). Worked several hours now trying to get it to pair with my bluetooth headsets. The initial set up and app are very easy. I can not get it to pair to any of my bluetooth headsets or speakers to relay bluetooth throughout my small apartment. Tech support could probably help but there does not seem to be any way to contact them. I was able to go to there website and leave an Email that they say i will hear back from them in 3 days. Emails are not going to work well in this case i need a phone conversation.Ok I have spent several hour trying to get this thing working the directions are very minimal and there does not seem to be any customer support worthwhile customer support . There have been 3 very smart very tech savvy people trying everything we can think of. This is a piece of junk I am packing it up and returning it.Second day: Has taken multiple tries to get it to connect to my PC and get the bluestream(connect between PC >this device>and My headset) started. Once connected it works pretty good there is a slight lip sync delay when streaming. This could be a problem when gaming.It works great when it finally pairs: moving around apartment listening to music via headphones it is most excellent. Headphone ran out of battery when this happened the hub broke the pairing to my PC it took over half hour to get it to pair up again using another headset.

This is a great product but could be a challenge for the average person. Some understanding of Bluetooth technology probably is helpful in order to get the most use out the product.The Thonet/Vander/Cassia Bluetooth router works exactly as it is intended. It allows Bluetooth devices to be available over a IP network. With its ability to connect to Bluetooth speakers and other devices, it comes in really handy for managing connectivity with these devices.The biggest feature in my opinion is the devices ability to enhance Bluetooth signals using the relay function. I have over a dozen Bluetooth plant sensors that send data on various conditions of the soil and the plants. The Thonet/Vander/Cassia Bluetooth router boost the signal of these small devices so that it can be reach much further away allowing for real remote monitoring and management.My only complaint is that I would like to see more Amazon Echo features. Currently, the router only sees the Echo devices as a speaker.In summary,Really great product for its intended use.

If I could give this product negative stars I would. It randomly connects and the connection starts breaking up at +/- 12ft, it's such a rip off it's almost criminal since the price was outrageous. I ripped off all the plastic and hung it near the window of the 1 room it actually works in. Today there was an upgrade and the service became worse.....so I figured I try and save other people the hassle.

Great company to have in you corner was a little bumpy at first but they walk me though the whole way couldn't be happier

We used this to link speakers for my Birthday cookout! The sound was great howeverit took soo much time for my husband to get 3 different speaker systems to sync. Thedirections were minimal so he had to go online to find more. Otherwise it works fine!

Setup and use was easy as pie. However, audio quality and synchronization was pretty bad with no way to adjust either.

This device is amazing. Love it
