Black rice for the win!
This black rice is a new favorite! Very easy to prepare, and especially delicious when cooked with equal parts orange juice and water. Note it will stain everything purple, including your teeth (for a short while). Yummy!! Had been purchasing this locally (at a big box bulk store), and was happy to find it on Amazon when I cannot find it in the store.
