The Wise Men Who Found Christmas

This book, along with it's companion The Spider That Saved Christmas, are presented beautifully. The Christmas story told with beautiful pictures and understandable language for even the young listeners. They were more than I wanted to spend, but when I got them I was glad I did. These books would make a lovely gift or a wonderful read aloud. My grandchildren sat quietly enjoying the story presentation, from the 10 year old to the just 4 year old.We all know this story but I think the book is worth a look if only for the presentation.

Every parochial school needs to own this book. Not only is it important to our faith as Christians, historically it is important to understand where the Magi came from, who they were, and why they traveled so far.Truly, this book made me cry the first time I read it. The illustrations brought one right to the place of Christ's birth and the verbiage was astounding. Easy enough for a child to understand and yet powerful enough to bring a life-long Christian deeper spiritually. Thank you Mr. Orroyo for making this Christmas one of the best ever!

Read this story to a multi-aged group and everyone enjoyed it! don't skip the author's note at the end which explains the research he did to arrive at this version of the Wise Men's journey.

Incredible art and very interesting and informative! The artwork is top quality. The horses look real. You can see that a lot of research went into this story. Love it! Grandkids loved it!

This is an excellent book, the pictures are amazing. The story is great. Hv read it númerous times to my 5 y.o boy.

Very well written by Raymond Arroyo. The words are too big for young children. I read it to my 93 year old mother, who listens to Raymond on EWTN.

I really like how the book clerifies who the wisemen are and their journey. it was very interesting to get a more factual accounting of the events plus the story of the ill wise man who was healed. I especially liked the fact that the light came from the child and not hovering over the child. Its my new favorite christmas story along with the spider who saved christmas.

I bought this book to add to my grandchildren’s night before Christmas gifts. I love that it gives meaning to why we give gifts at Christmas but also a historically accurate depiction of the Magi. I feel it is important that they remain focused on the real Reason for the Season.

Excellent book. I am looking forward to sharing it with my grandchildren. The illustrations are amazing. I really enjoyed the explanations on the last two pages. The last sentence, “Follow the light, go to the King, and make haste to discover the truth” applies to all of us. Isn’t that what we are all called to do? In John 8:12, Jesus says “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” In John 14:6, He also says, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

I got this book on release date as we love watching Raymond on many shows. This book and explanation of the wise men is amazing. The illustrations are very beautiful. It’s a great book for everyone who celebrates Christmas, no matter your age.
