OK, I'll be the guy that posts the gross picture. Is it as good as that leading brand? It doesn't get as stiff so you know when to pull it off like a Biore. And yes, I can smell the chemical aroma people have complained about (it's certainly not overwelming, and I am not having any skin reaction). I got a couple of small patches where the adhesive comes off the backing and is stuck to my nose, but it's about the same as a Biore. Those are a couple reasons to knock a star off. But I can't get around that I just bought 70 of these for $11 and a few cents. The value is overwelming and it works as well as the best strips I have used in the past. 5 stars

I am in my 40s, I remember using biore straps and how cool it was to see all the pores get cleaned out. I thought my teenage boys could benefit from that treatment, so I searched and found these. I thought for the price they were worth a try. The directions are not very clear. But you just clean your face and then apply the sticker to your nose or wherever you are applying it set a timer then remove it. It did not harden so we tried putting it on a wet face and it left black all where it touched and still never hardened. Put it on a dry clean face. The other problem is we didn't see much come out or stick to the strip. It seems more like a sticker. I don't know if my boys pores are cleaner than they look, but I doubt it. I think with this product you get what you pay for. There are lots of strips in the box. So you can try over and over, but not much fir the results, unless we're doing something wrong. I'd buy the name brand next time.

I applied the strips and waited based on the instructions. The strips didn't harden and didn't remove anything.

Not sure why other reviews complain about it not working like the B brand, they do. Reason I ordered these is the B brand has become too expensive at around 70 cents per strip (box of 18 at ~ 12.50) compared to < 15 cents per strip (box of 70 at 8.99). These strips seem to be a little thicker than the B brand so they wont rip / tear when pealing them off. Another reviewer took stars off due to the black residue it leaves, that's normal and expected; B brand charcoal strips do the same exact thing. Should be washing after removing the strip anyway.Since I have more of these for less, I tried cutting in half and used one strip for both cheeks. I haven't tried using them on the chin or forehead but I'm sure it will work.

Doesnt stick as well as others, leaves a residue after removal.

After washing my face, I dried my hands and applied the strip. It seemed a bit dry so I added a little water on the nose strip and allowed it to completely dry and become hard. It's hard to get off but pulled the blackheads out. Love it and so happy I made the purchase
