It's an ok product
It kinda worked, the rod didn't stick very well to the glue. Not saying it's a bad product, could be better.

Get better glue.......
Product is OK, but save the hassle and get some decent glue sticks locally.

Poor adhesion to the puller attachments.
It brought the dent out a little. Looks a bit better but not what I was hoping for. The glue adheres to the car body well enough but does not adhere to the puller attachments sufficiently. Spent 2 repeating the process in order to achieve a better result. Finally gave up. Disappointed but can’t say that I’m too surprised.

Works like it should
I got this PDR kit for pulling dents…paint less or otherwise. In the course of doing a couple of motorcycle restorations I’d searched for a dent removal tool/method that a) didn’t break my bank account b) had a stout pulling device and c) left me multiple options for removing dents. This kit fit all 3 of my requirements. Not only that but it really does work. The tank I’m currently working had 3 different type and size dents. 1 was really deep, the metal had stretched and clearly paintless removal was not in the cards. 1 looked like a good candidate for PDR and the last one was deep enough to crack the paint around the perimeter but not so deep that the metal was stretched. For the really deep one I welded bolts of the same thread as the PDR “sticks” on the dent. It took several pulls but I worked the dent out to the point that it now only has some low spots that a tad bit of filler will smooth out. So, the puller part is beefy enough that even pulling on welded bolts it did not flex nor break. The dent that looked a prime candidate for PDR, I used the black glue sticks that came with the kit and a football shaped stick that fit nicely in the dent. After 2 pulls, the dent was mostly out. A 3rd pull using one of the bolts I’d bought for dent #1 with the black glue and presto, completely out. If the tank did not require paint due to dent #1 & dent #3 the dent came out so perfectly a simple buff & wax would all that’s required.I’ve started on dent #3 and just using the included sticks and the black glue the dent is coming out. Only did 4 pulls so far but some of the deepest stuff is pulled out significantly. Because it’s been able to successfully tackle all 3 types & sizes of dents I gotta give this tool 5 stars over all.The glue sticks included seem to work pretty well on the less significant dents. Something like minor hail damage on a roof, hood or trunk lid could be tackled successfully with this tool, no paint required.Oddly, sometimes the puller sticks will pop right off without doing anything and under very little force. As such I could only give the kit 4 stars for “suction”. It’s strange because the very next pull will do exactly what you want using the exact same glue & puller stick. The only low mark I give this kit is ease of clean up. Not just the work but the tool as well. Using the black glue sticks, it’s a royal pain to get the leftover glue off the work. Same is true for the puller “sticks” as the plastic ends get clogged with glue which does not come off easily. It will clean up eventually but not without considerable effort.Overall though, it does what it is intended to do which is remove dents. It requires little effort to actually pull less significant dents but will pull larger ones also. Definitely worth the price for how much it can do.

Good for small dents
Used it on a minor dent, black hot stick only worked ok

Last proper grip
I tried my best to give this product the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe I was doing something wrong. In all actuality this product does not deliver in the slightest. I would look elsewhere for something similar but better quality

Tool works as described
Tool work pretty decent, does not get every dent out especially if it has a crease, but it got most of it out.Took about 5 tries but took 90% of the dent out.

Works but not for all types
I turned into a snowbank last winter and put a dent in my door near the trim at the bottom. I thought this could pull it out as it was like someone just kneed the door. While this does pull out dents like that it didnt work totally. There must have been some metal stretch when the dent occurred, this wont fix that. Part of the dent did come out, but if you apply pressure to it the dent snaps back, like when I was trying to remove the glue(see con below).Pros:Probably would pull out some dentsComes with a lot of attachments that are usefulNot too expensive (esp if you are able to get that dent out)Cons:Dont pull too hard as the pad you stick will breakThe Pads dont stick to the Glue all the timeGlue is hard to removeIf the metal is stretched you cant fix that with thisTips:Be patient let the glue harden before trying to pull itDont snap the weight back too quickly as the plastic will snapI used a putty spreader to remove the glob of glue and then a cloth with a few drops of gas to remove the film that stays. If you have an older car with thick metal, dont bother buying this
