Chiro says I have herniated disks and the only way to improve outside of surgery is jello and bone broth. Real bone broth is the best but I am no fan of the taste. Thats where these caps come in handy though improvement is not particularly noticeable. (probably due to how serious joint injury is) Price is great and there have been no noticeable side effects

I mainly use the Grass-Fed Bone Broth Capsules with Collagen for my joints. It is amazing the difference in my inflammation levels as well as how much this product has helped my fingernails, hair, and skin, which I feel is a bonus for me. I was using another organic bone broth capsule, but it did not perform like this product. This is the one to purchase!

I’ve tried a half dozen collagen powders. They don’t dissolve and I can still taste the stuff the next day. These capsules seem to help with my hair and nails, and they are easy to digest - for me anyway. I would prefer to get a larger volume of collagen, but I just can’t tolerate any of the powders I’ve tried. So these are a good solution for me.
