Will this fit with Otterbox Defender cases?

The camera protector will not stay on our lenses. It isn’t sticky enough. When I try to place it inside the otter box the whole lid will not close on the otter box case. Thickness of lense protector is more than the otter box case will allow. Any suggestions appreciated. Wife’s fits perfectly but she doesn’t have the otter case.

Does it affect the dymanic island?
