Too hard and scratchy to use on eye lids never mind inside lash line.
Have thrown this away, it is rock hard so scratches and pulls the skin. Khol is traditionally used above the lower lash line/under the upper lashes. There is no way you could use this as a khol pencil. I wouldn't mind but I chose Max Factor thinking it would be good (soft) quality.....WRONG!!
