Customer service very responsive.
I was very nervous about buying any security system. I am so pleased with this product. Need power for cameras but the connect to NVR remotely. I had one issue with the NVR after a couple of months but customer service was very responsive and provided me with a new NVR. No monthly costs for fees like other companies and the system works wonderfully. You can even back up video onto USB drives. Very happy with the product and company. I rarely review products but this company has been fantastic.

Non working camera and no recording
After initial difficulty with system. I had to have two cameras sent to me to get system working properly. Once up and running the system randomly shut down access and stopped recording. Customer service is near impossible to communicate with (out of china) and you have to download a messaging app to reach them. So now I can only view live cameras and have no access to change settings. Frustration level with cistomer service beyond annoyed.

WiFi range more limited than stated, especially for an outside camera even when there is only one wall between the camera and nvr. Delay lags on those same outside cameras.

No regrets! System is great!
Best package deal for a 4 camera plug & play! These cameras have a great picture quality, so convenient to quick check what the cameras are seeing. So happy we bought these! If you are considering getting a camera system & you stopped to look at these. Look no further. Purchase these!

Could be better, but does the job.
I wish you had the option to turn off the nightlight that automatically turns on for night vision like the Zmodo allows you to. My cameras face the window to look outside but the glare from the light makes it hard to see outside or monitor. I can't hook the cameras up outside because the cameras would most likely get stolen in the type of neighborhood I live in. Overall, the product does it's job but it could definitely be better if it had more options and a more accessible interface.

not easy to understand
Attempted a YESKAM chat to get started. YESKAM failed to respond to 2 requested chat sessions. I plan to return this product as Absolutely No Help is furnished for installation. Enclosed directions are minimal, not easy to understand.

Picture quality is good but it is NOT wireless! Directions on setup are so unclear. Ridiculous
