Fast delivery, easy to install. My ford dealer quoted $1200 to replace the APIM module. This is the first time i have attempted to replace any electrical components on a vehicle and it only took 2 hours start to finish (youtube was helpful for trim removal and connector removal) . After the Module is shipped you will receive an email , or message though amazon asking for your VIN. After you provide this they will send comprehensive instructions for installation and programing to your vehicles original specs.

The media could not be loaded. This was for my Daughter's 2017 Escape SE.First, I would like to say I found the product very simple to install it took me less than 30 minutes to put it in the car. The programming was a little bit different but Charn took all the guesswork and complicating coding out of it. They simply had me download a program onto my computer. They logged in. They did the coding, did the programming and it was done in like 5 to 10 minutes. When finished, it worked just as it did before she had the failed APIM. In addition, she got navigation which she didn't have before in her car, also the apple carplay and the Android auto work as it did before for about 1/3 of the cost that Ford Wanted to do the job in Kentucky. I highly recommend the product and the company and thank them for help with it. Just reach out to them if you have any concerns at all because I'm telling you it went smoothly efficiently and works perfect! I am currently on my third unit it was working good for a couple months but now it’s acting up like the last few units and now the IT guy has stopped responding as well

The product APIM that I bought was extremely easy to install into the truck. Everything seem to work perfectly. Then I had a small problem. People could hear me talking on the phone when I called them but I could not hear them or Siri. I sent a message to the seller and they responded very promptly and professionally. they sent me an adapter and information so they can hook to my computer in the truck remotely. They made a few adjustments to the programming and had everything working perfectly. I worked with a gentleman named Charn who is a very competent person and amazing at his job. I recommend this product and the people at this company. It is rare that you find people these days that truly care about their customers. I give this product and the people behind it five stars.

Had some issues with the first unit, but a replacement is on the way. Great support and quick help when needed. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
