Works but needs modification
works well but needs modification. I'll start with the bad... -The picture on the instruction book was the most helpful part of the instructions. The instructions don't really go into detail on what kind of oil is used or regular maintenance needed for up keep.- The on/ off buttons will wear out quickly, after the 3rd time of re- building the switch internals, we had to replace it with a regular light switch because the internals had melted. The ground from the power cord to the box isn't grounded, it's just wrapped up in the wire bundles. Sure it works but, I'd rather have it grounded.- The wheels and axles I wish would be a little more durable. If you're running a small farm and have to move this milk machine around on a daily basis, it becomes a little wobbly and with the milk can off the weight isn't well distributed which can make it difficult to maneuver.- The ball in the milk can lid dose get stuck every so often and needs lube, also not noted in the instructions. I wish this ball would be a spare part that comes with this package because it can be very easy to lose.- What I do like about this machine is that it is on wheels and very compact. It does the job well. Just know, you may need a techincal background to keep it going! Still working after a few different temper tantrums from our jersy cow! The inflations are very sturdy lol, I do with they would brake down a little easier for cleaning. Over all this is a good machine and a huge time saver for us.

Machine is missing parts, has parts in box that do not belong to machine.
The user manual is worthless for putting the machine together. There are no pics or info on how to put it together, none. There is basic but hard to understand info on how to use the machine once put together. There were parts missing and damaged. Bolts missing and rust on the machine. Looked like a used machine with some new paint. No instructions on where to put oil or how much. When we disassembled the pump there was an extra nut, big one, inside that did not fit anything on the machine. Would have destroyed the pump if we hadn't found it. The electric motor was new and not original to the machine. A replacement motor. The leather seal in the pump looked new but the housing and bolts obviously were used as they had rust and wear marks. Unless you are very, very handy and know how pumps work and have electronic skills I would not buy this machine. Says warranty but no manufacturer data or any way to contact them. It does work once we got it together correctly but for how long, we will see. It's definitely not a machine for commercial use. If you are milking 1 cow or a couple goats it will work. Takes a lot of maintenance, weekly, and is hard to keep clean. I would not buy it again. The only reason I didn't return it is the wooden box it came in was destroyed in shipping. Cost to ship also.
