Well made, not some el cheapo garment. It is kinda big in that you have to pull it really down over your entire face to have the top of your head hit the top of the inside of the hat.

It looks very large and roomy, haven't tried it on as it's a gift. It's exactly as the photo showed and perfect! Very happy with it. Also bought the Mister Meeseeks and both are exactly as you would expect from the photo.
