Chef Spoon Plating, Cooking, and Serving Spoon 18/10 Stainless

I know it seems silly to buy this spoon. Those chefs in the field that obsess over there playing spoons like I do can understand the value of a good spoon. This one has a nice weight, is rather large and can be pulled out of my spoon name no problem at a second’s notice. It cuts whopper quenelles and rochers. I would recommend to anyone spoonaphile looking for a different tool for the arsenal.

I received this as a gift Christmas morning, and could not wait to put it to use preparing dinner for the family later on that evening. I did plenty of research and read numerous reviews before adding this spoon to my wish list, and it certainly did not disappoint! I never really thought I would get excited about a spoon, of all the gadgets out there, but it is very easy to see that the craftsmanship is second to none! The spoon also arrived in very nice packaging, so it was a little more than just opening a spoon in box. This would make a great gift for anyone interested in cooking.

Quiet possibly one of the best spoons on the market. The weight on these feel great in your hand. They are extremely well for butter basting and saucing plates on the pass. The pointed tip also helps create some monster quenelles. I also like the textured grip at the end to help grip a wet/slippery spoon while you're on the middle of service. A must have for any bain!

The spoon itself is great, well made, very useable. Just wish they were a few bucks cheaper. I could do without the packaging, although nice, it’s not something i would keep so it’s a bit of a waste

I caught some flak from the crew when I said I spent this much on a spoon, but it’s totally worth it. The pointed tip and deep bowl make for the perfect speed and precision plating tool, as well as an all purpose scraping/basting/tasting tool on a sauté or garde station. Not to mention, the unique look makes it stand out, so no one can get away with stealing this guy. This spoon doesn’t leave my hand when I’m on the pass and it’s my favorite tool on the line.

Great for basting on the line. Has held up well during many services. Good weight and length.

Absolutely my favorite spoons I’ve ever purchased! Wonderful for quenelles, saucing, and folding!!! I’ve always owned Kunz. Don’t get me wrong, Kunz are a great classic! But these Chef Spoons take the cake.

Well made spoon. I like the tip on it because it make plating a little more precise than a kunz spoon. I also like the fact that you can customize them so nobody gets your tools confused

Much much larger than i expected (my fault for not checking dimensions and assuming it would be around tablespoon size like the Kunz spoon) have been using it for a few days now in a professional kitchen and it is insane how amazing it is.Solid, great for plating/tasting/big rochers/stirring/scraping etc definitely worth getting.
