I recently installed this on my 2014 FJR. It was an easy install that only took about 20 minutes. I took a week long trip after the install and the charging function worked great and my phone was secure in the clamp. No issues at all for 2300 miles.I do have an otter box for my phone and it charged without any problems.

Its a solid product. Feels good. Just sucks that everytime you turn the engine on , on the bike, rather than a proper switch to leave it on the “off”position, its a small button on the back that doesnt remember you left it on the off button previously.I guess this is no issue for anyone who connects it directly to the battery. As long as you make sure to turn it off everytime you use it.The install I got lucky with. Its ment for bikes with space on handlebars.. my yamaha r3 which is a sports bike doesnt have those typical skinny handlebars.Also the USB port with the orange rubber is poor, it keeps coming out.. so I had to do some DIY to it.3 out of 5. The switch issue made me feel like I wasted time on connecting it to the ignition switch, cause now ai have to make sure I start my motorbike BEFORE I place my phone on the charger (or keep pressing the small switch on the back all the time to turn the charger off)Thanks.

Hi , the wireless nor working...I paid for the person to install it, now how am I going to pay to uninstall and return the item ???
