Regret making this purchase
We couldn’t wait to try these, but are very disappointed. These are more like crackers or biscuits than cookies. Terrible, bitter taste. They have coconut oil or powder as ingredients which overpower the spices. Waste of money. Non-refundable.

Could Be Good for Those Who are Gluten-Sensitive ...
These arrive nicely pack in a cardboard case and then each box is individually sealed. So, everything here is guaranteed fresh! I really like that aspect. Now, we have a family member who cannot have regular cookies. So, basically, it's products like this or nothing at all. So, she thought these were okay. It made her feel more normal. I like that, too!For the rest of the family, these were not necessarily an option (they are hard and taste a little funky) ... but they don't need to be an option since they are designed for a very small minority of people who need them. While we wouldn't buy these again (there are ones that she likes better), these can be a fair choice for those on medically restrictive diets (like our family member). For some, they will provide a needed sense of normalcy ... and that's priceless!

Good for those with Intolerances or Allergies
These cookies are definitely for those who have food allergies or intolerances, as they can be eaten safely, but others who don't have food issues would not care for them. Those with food issues get used to different flavors with the variety of grains and flours that we eat so that we don't experience intestinal issues. These cookies have some unusual ingredients that I don't normally see in cookies, but they are all recognizable, which I appreciate. I also appreciate that the ingredient list and nutritional information are clearly displayed on the site so that anyone can take a look at it and make their own decision as to whether they want to try it or not. (So many companies tell you what is in their food product but don't tell you. I've been disappointed when I've received the product and couldn't eat it because the ingredients weren't shared.)Anyway, these cookies are pretty good. I like the blanched almond flour base. They have a nice amount of fat and protein for satiety sake and are low sugar. It's a good choice for a cookie which won't turn you into a cookie monster because of inferior ingredients. They will satisfy you if you have discriminating tastes.

Good and good for you!
This time of year, thanksgiving, everyone is offering super sugary food which leave you feeling crummy. It’s so nice to bite into something healthy and feel good. I can’t believe these are made with so little sugar and all unrefined. I like that the pumpkin seeds are larger in the chocolate chip but ground or very small in the snickerdoodle. The chai spice are just right- not too intense flavor. These are crispy but not dry or crumbly like other grain free cookies/snacks I have had. My one year old loved them as well! Clean ingredients, tasty, healthy, and an easy snack to take on the go!

Aweful, gross, waste of money
I can't believe these are called cookies. Taste is aweful, not even remotely a cookie flavor, I feel taken advantage of.

Don't set your expectations on these being replacements for your favorites
Without a doubt, these cookies have a good list of ingredients and are made with good intentions. Unfortunately, they are not a worthy replacement for your favorite sweet snacks. BUT, they are not absolutely disgusting, or anything like that. That said, I recommend you give these a "blind" (pardon the ableism) taste test. Go in with no expectations, and you may be pleased.Honestly, I enjoyed the texture of these, but they're not what you would expect from a cookie, not even a crunchy cookie. They don't have a hard crunch to them. There's a snap to them, and the texture is a bit chewy after that. The flavors I received were:Cinnamon SnickerdoodleChai SpiceChocolate ChipThe Chocolate Chip tastes absolutely nothing like chocolate chip. There's even real chocolate in them, but the chips have no hint of a chocolate taste. You would not know you're biting into them at all. The Chai Spice tasted like a Christmas cookie to me. The Cinnamon Snickerdoodle had a slight spice but not much taste at all.I'm not sure if, since the jaggery is the main ingredient in each of these, it's overpowering the other flavors, but these three cookies don't taste like three different cookies. Unfortunately, I can't recommend these.

Bland
These cookies are bigger than I though, they are round and very flat. But they are not the greatest, I started with the cinnamon snickerdoodle and it is hard but it is also a bit stale tasting and it is bitter as well. The all have the same dense/stale taste to them. The chocolate chip one is has these hard chocolate chips in it but it is all kind of bland. The chai ones probably have the best texture and taste, the spicyness from the chai stands out. The walnuts on the top give it a better texture. But overall these are pretty bland.
