To start off, I have huge hands and these are just the right size to exercise comfortably. The rings are very smooth and have good grip even when my hands are sweaty, it's very easy to figure out how to set them up and store them. These rings are perfect if you're familiar with calisthenics and want a challenge, I struggle to even do a push-up or a dip on them. You can engage any muscle in your upper body with these and I'd highly recommend them, the straps are very high quality and even come with a way to store them. The wraps are very good as well, they keep you from moving your wrists too much.

They work great. It is not immediately apparent how to hang them due to no written instructions, but the average person should be able to figure it out.

Love the rings! Great to tie up on a bar or tree at home and do some accessory work. Straps are easy to put together!

Nice heavy rings w quality heavy straps

Some of my favorite accessory exercises are ring dips and ring push-ups. Good for stability and core work. These feel just like the rogue ones at the box. They hold me up just fine and I'm 260lbs (trying to drop down to 220lbs.). Wrist wraps definitely help if you're doing volume dips.
