Awesome
This is a miracle mop I used it to clean underneath my oven and frig and thought I would have to throw it away afterward.s. However I dip it back it water and every time it comes back out brand new. You can't be too heavy handed with these products nevertheless gets the job done. The mop head lasted me about 6 months and I had to watch a youtube video on how to change it. At first i thought the replacement mop head was the wrong fit but it fits perfect once I finally figured it out. Also I seen these at the 99 only cents store for 2.99 after my purchase. It's cheaper for me to go stock up on some than to buy a replacement mop head.

After 20 years I found my mop!
I really do like this twist mop. I had one similar back about 20 years ago. I kept looking in the stores, but I never found one like it. All I could find was strips of some kind of lightweight material...not what I wanted and I never bought one of them. I always thought what I had was chamois material. One day I thought about my old mop when I was looking for things online...and lo and behold I found it! If this is or is not the same brand of mop I had years ago, I just don't care...I like it and that's all that counts. Whether you are mopping up a spill or the whole floor it doesn't matter this twist mop does a good job. I love the chamois-type mop head and to get a 2nd mop head is an additional plus.

Now that's what I call a mop!
Love this mop. Looks and works like the one that came out in the (80s or 90s?). Not sure of the decade. Only thing I don't like is that it's a two piece handle/pole that snaps together. Although it seems strong enough to withstand the wringing of the mop head it rattles a little bit; a little loose where the 2 halves connect. Find that a little annoying. It' may seem a little pricey for a retro mop but it does come with an extra mop head. I would recommend it to friends and family.

I had to return it the minute I opened the box.
I had this same mop for 15 years and it was excellent. My old mop broke and I thought it would be easy to just get a new one. Right out of the box, the two connecting pieces did not fit together. One piece of the handle is ideally supposed to slide into the other piece, and lock with a button. The two pieces did not fit together and seemed to be the same size, making it impossible to slide one into the other. I tried numerous times; this is defective.

Good mop; not great.
Originally when I first purchased, the mop didn't include the additional mop head that they were advertising with it (but after quick email to seller, they promptly sent one along, so A+). But in actually using the mop, I've found that because the strands are a closed loop, they easily get twisted around, and constantly get tangled in each other. Also, as a wet mop, it doesn't scrub very well. All in all, if you're looking for a dry mop you plan to use with no water, and just wipe dust off your wood floors, great. But don't expect anymore than that.

I love that you can squeeze almost all the water out
I owned a previous version of this mop and never could find a comparable mop when that one broke. I was excited to find it again! I love that you can squeeze almost all the water out, which is great for laminate floors. It also dries more quickly since you can squeeze all the water out. It is very absorbant if you want to just wipe up a big mess. One of the best features is the washability. I missed being able to remove the head and wash it periodically. The zip tie almost always breaks the first time you use it but we have heavy duty ones so replacement is easy. I'm willing to overlook that defect because I know the mop head will last years if properly cared for

Disappointed
I’m not impressed and honestly super bummed out that I didn’t just go with my old mop. They just don’t make things like they used to. I feel like there is not enough fabric on the mop head and I am constantly hearing the scratching of the plastic underneath on my wood floors. It drives me insane. That plastic bit I’m talking about constantly unscrews itself and I have to continually mess with it and put it back on. I don’t think it’s cut and dry how to wring out the mop. I don’t know if I got a dud or what, but there is no tension when trying to wring it out. I’m not a dummy and things come pretty easy to me but this thing is ridiculous. The poles are supposed to create tension and instead, they just go round and round making it impossible to ring. I ended up just putting the mop in my old spin mop bucket and did a whole make-shift thingy. I will not be purchasing this thing again. Will be going back to my o-cedar spin mop. The only thing I like about this mop is the ability to get in small areas AND how long the pole is. That’s actually super nice and doesn’t kill my back. But other than that, I’m surprised by the reviews. I didn’t have the same luck.

We had bought this 20 some years ago, off ...
We had bought this 20 some years ago ,off QVC,when it first came out and the mop heads and handles were Blue at the time. The handle broke after years of heavy use, if this lasts 1/2 as long as the original one then it well worth it. I do have some of the Blue mop heads I will most likely use the blue heads in the kitchen and the orange in the bathrooms
