I bought Chai because that's the scent I already have and love. Although this was also Chai, it was a completely different scent. Nice enough, but NOT what I ordered. Not sure how buying an exact duplicate of what I have on hand could result in receiving something different. Not happy but not worth returning. Maybe that's what they hope will happen.
