Strong, great for the price, well known brand
I was skeptical because of the price and never heard of this brand before, but it really exceeded my expectations torque on the gun is strong, the ratchet is really quick and strong. Its helping me to remove rusted and dirty bolts under my 1978 620. The adapter is a great addition to the set too.The day before i bought this i paid 149 for just an impact gun. Which was rated at 1000 ft lb but could not remove the lugnuts off my truck, that I am able to remove with a breaker bar. This impact gun took the lugnuts off with ease and tightened them perfectly as well. Its really quick. Rusted bolts holding the bed of the truck removed with no hesitation.

Worth the price and does the job.
This is a fantastic piece of equipment. Well built and strong. I've been using it to get a couple of HMMWVs running again and these have proven invaluable and worth every dime. I'm sure I'll have many years of use out of it.

Works
The wrench works great, the sockets that come with it could have tighter tolerances, at least the ones I have used.

Great Quality tools at a great Price
Bought this set in 2012 for the same price as is currently being offered. One of the best purchases I have every made on Amazon. These are my first air tools and I really don't know how I survived without them.I remember reading reviews before I purchased this set saying that the ratchet was to slow. While not as fast as the impact it seems pretty fast to me.There has not been a nut or bolt that the impact couldn't handle.Adjustable torque setting for ratchet on and off so you don't over tighten. The sockets are tapered in such a way as to reduce the chance of stripping a nut or bolt. The only thing is that there are only 6 sockets that come with this set so I had to buy more impact sockets but with that being said this is an unbeatable deal for these great quality tools.I run these off a 17 gallon husky compressor which makes 155 PSI. Never had a problem running out of air.

Tool Great!!! Instructions Suck!!!
OK... Good value and quality. Great starter kit for the weekend mechanic, Dad's with kids who have old cars and guys with those mechanically-challenged friends. The impact works well and will suffice for the majority of unprofessional mechanics, like me. Used it to remove lug nuts on trailer that hasn't been touched for years... easy peasy. Using it with a pancake type compressor. Had it set at 100psi. Perhaps something tougher to ratchet would require me turning up the supply pressure. Will see.The ratchet wrench is not impact. No biggie. Some complain here that it doesn't have the torque power. But that isn't what it's intended for. If you put a wrench on a nut and have to grunt, grit your teeth and white-knuckle it in order to loosen it... don't expect this wrench to start that job. But it is for many, many of those bolts/nuts that we work on that aren't that bad. And there-in is the time saving nicety of this wrench. Also, many of those nuts/bolts are in spaces that you can fit a ratchet wrench on but have no room to spin the handle. So, WHY FOUR STARS???Well...it was a bit frustrating to have terrible instructions! Most of the customers here. like myself, want a quality tool at a fair price. We got it. But it would be nice to know something about it. One of the questions here was, "How to get the protective cover off the inlet of the Impact wrench"?? The guy is right. There wasn't a word about it. I fiddled with mine until I finally just gave it a pry with the screwdriver. Would have been nice to know of I was breaking anything important.ALSO, no instructions about oil?? Really? How much oil should one put in a new air impact wrench?? No word. The drawings depicting a grease-gun pointing to an area of the wrench was worthless. If you never owned one of these, the instructions were useless. My thanks to fellow Amazonians and YouTube for helping with the details.ALSO, you will need to order extra 1/4" quick-couplers. Yeh, two of the pictures show the tools laid out on a nice garage towel ready to give you warm fuzzies dealing with all those nasty rusted bolts. Well, the pic has the adapters and these tools don't. So get some with your order. And while you're at it, buy the tool oil...you'll find out here later how much to put in.

The air pressure had to be raised to 120 lb psi before the 90 degree ratchet would work.

Solid tool set at a good price.
I spent much of my career as a mechanic, so I always had the full complement of shop tools at my disposal. After a career change, I was doing work on my cars without the benefit of air tools. Finally had enough and purchased this set. Solid tools, and have plenty of power for the jobs I need them for. We’ll see how they last, but they took apart my suspension without missing a beat.
