Good product at a fair price

I had wrecked my parts van at work. I t-boned someone and bent the original bumper. This was the most cost effective bumper available. The Ford Dealer wanted $700.00 for a bumper. This one looks great for a third of that price.

For a aftermarket bumper it is really well made. The chrome is evenly applied and there was full coverage when it was dipped (in China).The fit was spot on (which is rare) and all the holes were drilled and lined up as they shouldThe rear is not chromed, but neither is the OEM version, i use a coating on the rear for rust free longevity (I used Amsoil MP).

Fast shipping and a great price but you do get what you pay for. Fitment was perfect, sharp edges for sure. Not sure how long it will last but beats the $750 I was quoted by body shops.

Very impressed at that price point. As mentioned by others, the chrome is good and all holes lines up perfectly. I had the confidence to buy based on the three reviews I read, and I'm glad to add mine saying I agree. A minor point is some very sharp edges, especially around the center air opening. Obviously the pieces aren't de-burred prior to chrome, and that's a shame since it would only take maybe an additional 15~20 seconds to do during the normal prep.

Nice replacement for 20% of original over priced ford bumper. Fit my 2017 E450 like OEM. As others haves said some edges are very sharp so just be careful installing. I you file sharp edge off it will remove the protective chrome and expose raw steel allowing rust to begin. I installed this by myself in driveway with minimal basic tools in 1 hr, Including removing OEM crunched bumper and transferring the 4 mount brackets, lower valance, and lower air dam. Weight felt the same to me so same steel thickness. Even if this bumper starts to rust in a few years, It’s still much more inexpensive to buy more of these at $130 VS Fords at $600.

Bought this bumper July 12 2023, got it and installed it beginning of August, here we are February 6 2024 and bumper is covered with rust, I can only guess that in another year it will probably fall off the truck due to rust.
