It neither secures the device nor serves as a safety feature, making me question its inclusion in the design.Misleading Size:The product images suggest that the stretcher extends from the hips to the shoulders, providing comprehensive back support. However, this is not the case. I am 5 feet 7 inches tall, and the stretcher falls significantly short of covering the advertised area. It is tough, gives good support, but the acupressure points are a little too sharp and uncomfortable

When we keep it under our back it gets flatens due to weight, thereby doesn't give any kind of relieve.

It will help to stretch your back. To it's maximum extent.But if back pain is because of any other issue, it might not help and you may need to refer a chiropractor.But otherwise it is good. It can also be used for support.But the included belt is useless as it does not held it properly, i am using a normal fabric belt meant for jeans to hold it in place on my chair

Relived my herniated disc pain, but not suitable if you have a very high disc protrusion, it can aggravate the pain.
