I use mine for igniting my woodburner fire.Very efficient, effective, and economical.This product is very safe and lightweight.The flame is very easily adjustable and lights instantly.This product does include an adapter for use with a 16 ounce propane tank. (Walmart sells a two pack of 16 ounce propane tanks for $9.87 as of 12/22/2022.) (You can actually refill your 16 ounce cylinder from a 20 pound propane tank to make it even more economical.)

From starting a fire in the fire pit to searing a rib eye to torching a hornets nest…this has multiple uses and well made and easy to use!Love it!

At first,it’s a well built product. It’s small enough for large projects as welding,but so convenient as cooking as smoking and grilling any foods. As pictures as the above,just attached a propane bottle,turn a knob to plus sign and use your thumb to press down to ignition while holding the handle of the torch. I used it to clean out the fat of pieces of steak, it’s increasing a smoke flavor and art of looking, I also used it to burn out unfinished blemishes on chickens or duck breast while at home grilling or on outdoor camping. Etc. Overall it’s a powerful torch for cooking or any project for outdoor. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to cook and grilling,smoking meat outdoor.

Easiest way to start fires.

Probably great for cooking too as the flame is strong and consistent. The only challenging part is getting the initial lighting just right as I often didn't have enough gas and then would end up with a POOF cause inhad too much gas

Built quality feels solid and the product overall seems to be good quality. This is a good and cheaper alternative to other torches. One nice feature about this unit is the ability for it to sit upright on its own without needing a separate stand. This item doesn’t have a safety check valve feature. Disclosure - this was a paid review, but reflects only my honest opinions.

The media could not be loaded.  I am a noob at grilling. Bought an Akorn Grill and watched a bunch of YouTubes. My first purchase was this baby. It arrived quickly and very easy to use. Obviously the propane is not sold and shipped with this. It's a one pound propane bottle you can get at your big box store. Usually in the plumbing section. You just screw the bottle on, turn the little red knob (just a little) squeeze the trigger and you have fire!! You can increase the flame and distance that the flame throw by turning the red knob higher. I use the tumbleweeds starters for a no smell start up. Turn it off and you are done. Love this thing.
