Casablanca: 70th Anniversary [DVD] [Region 1] [US Import] [NTSC]

We got this classic movie for my daughter and new husband at Christmas. We made it part of a "dinner and a movie" gift along with staples for a spaghetti dinner and movie treats.

The Best!

Considering, the unbelievable cast, and quality of the story, surely the finest movie ever made!

5 Stars. So good and engrossing, that when I went to watch the Roger Ebert (r.i.p.) review and realized that he was doing a full movie talk-over commentary, I watched "Casablanca" again - and I had literally just finished watching the movie! Great quality for a dvd in a Blu Ray player, and I can't recommend enough the Roger Ebert (from a younger time) commentary. Just his voice takes me back to the "Siskel & Ebert" days, and his remarks don't seem to be twaddle or fluff, indeed they are informative and entertaining! You may want to watch the commentary first, then enjoy the movie all over again. I'll end where I began: 5 Stars.

This movie was bought as a present for my father. It arrived quickly and was exactly what he wanted.

One of the Best! I finally got this DVD of one of my all time favorites.

Great movie, good quality dvd

This film was so highly thought of that when I was a child, I refused to sit through it because I would not be able to stand a disappointment. This is a passionate film about good versus evil, a philosophical dessert, and I love the casting and performances. A must film and strangely snaps to grid for me personally, as my name is also incidentally Blaine
