Purchased these sturdy cups to use with our Avalon water machine. When I opened the box they were loose, rolling around an fell out of the box. I would say they person who packed them owes me some cups!!

I’m a fun of these cupsI’m a fun of such paper cups, because they are ecology-friendly and make less plastic in the garbage. As for these paper cups I may say that they do their job well, serving as a cup for my morning coffee. What’s good – they remain sturdy even with multiple uses. I haven’t noticed anything bad in their quality or in their functioning. Quite convenient for me to hold and to use them. I’ll continue do it. Thanks God, I found the ones which suit me most of all. Great alternative for heavy glass cups.

The cups were too small so I returned them. My gripe is not with the cups, but with the hassle of the return. I returned the product but apparently the return did not register. So, while I was refunded my money, the company keeps sending me emails saying that they will take the refund back if they don't get the cups. But, I don't have the cups because I already sent them back. I have twice had to speak with an Amazon representative about this. It's ridiculous. My advice is buy bigger cups and not from this company.
