Seat Belt Bypass/Harness Override for Yamaha YXZ 1000R & Viking and Kawasaki Teryx KRX 1000

I have the Kawasaki Mule Pro FXT Ranch edition. Not sure if new to 2019/2020 but now the Mule has that safety feature where it cuts off fuel after driving a few yards with no seat belt. Yes, pain in the the butt for those quick stops getting in and out, but I could have lived with it to help ensure I use the belt when really needed. Let’s be honest, we all sometimes get lazy.My problem is that safety feature failed on my second day of ownership. So even though my seat belt is buckled, the Mule’s system doesn’t recognize that it is. Sometimes if I moved the belt around and held it in that spot, it would be ok but not a long term solution. So I was so pleased to hear about these things. I know intended to over ride the safety feature when installing after market belt systems but good for my issue as well. At least temporarily until I find time to haul the thing back to the dealership because my efforts to actually fix the thing were unsuccessful.Anyway, long explanation that I will copy and paste into reviews for the other two devices I bought since there was no reference in any of the other reviews about the Kawasaki Mule. Odd.Fortunately I’m writing to tell you this one has the correct connection/housing for the Mule. At least my year and version but suspect all mules would have the same connections. The other two I also bought On Amazon don’t fit my mule. Both have black connectors, one has red wire the other green.Sorry for the long explanation. Enjoy your side x sides but be safe.

Since there nothing listed for a Kawasaki I scrolled through the devices and chose the one that looked like it might work. This device plugged into the seat belt wiring without any modifications and works perfectly. I recommend it if you own a Kawasaki.

Easy to install and worked as intended on a mule pro fxt.

It was a pain to get to the switch at the base of the seatbelt, but once there it just clicks in. Works great.

Worked perfectly for my YXZ1000r. I switched to harness and did not want the light on all the time. A lot better price than dragon fire racing. Specially for such a simply thing.
