YBN Ti-Nitride Gold 11-speed Chain 116 Links 5.5mm Wide with One Reusable QRS

Every single time I have ridden this chain it has skipped at one point in the ride. Most of the times it occurred when I tried to put a spike of power through it (700 - 1000 W). I have non-worn-out chainrings and cassette and derailleurs that are Shimano Ultegra 6800 (11 speed). I use a wax lubricant and apply it with full immersion, and I do this every 100-130 miles. So the chain has been completely lubricated on schedule. I have ridden 450 miles on this chain. For low-power riding, this might be fine or possibly on another brand of drive train. But not Shimano Ultegra 6800 under high power. By comparison, I also use a Shimano Ultegra 11 speed chain which I used i parallel to this chain (swapping chains each time I do a immersion wax lubrication process.) My Shimano chain never skips.

This chain shifts better than more expensive SRAM and KMC chains I've had and looks cool too. I'll be interested to see how long it really lasts. I'm using it on a SRAM GX 11 speed setup.3/10/20 Update-well, this chain DID shift well and look cool but it didn’t last. The package makes some pretty fantastical claims about the mileage you can expect from this chain (6k miles I believe) but it didn’t last 500 miles on my mountain bike before “stretching”. I keep my chains fairly clean but not perfectly clean. It didn’t perform any better than any other chain that costs have as much. Save your money and buy a SRAM PC1130 or similar offering from KMC.

I have broke many chains on my current bike and this one has lasted longer than normal. Then the option of black makes the bike look cool as well.

Excellent durable bicycle chain. This chain shifts much better than my KMC 11-speed chain. Solid five stars. Would buy again.
