I’ve tried several probiotics to help with regularity. It’s only been 4 nights so far and for the past two days I’ve “gone”. Two days in a row!! Hopefully this lasts!! So far though so good!!Regarding taste, it reminds me of black licorice. It’s not terrible.

After reading the comment decided to give it a try. It was a mistake. This product does not work. At ALL!!!This product made me bloaty and gassy. It didn't help with regularity as well. As an experiment, I persuaded my partner (my partner is blessed with healthy digestion) to try this product... lol he was suffering from boat and gas like crazy... I don't know how this product got certified. Please be careful.I won't recommend this product to anyone.DO NOT BUY.

It does work. I take it when I know i ate bad food for the whole day and take 2 caps before I go to bed.

Didn’t really notice any changes with this at all

I bought my first bottle four months ago. It worked like a charm. I just bought my second bottle the beginning of this month it do not work. It did nothing did not cause me to go to the bathroom you barely pass gas ,It did not work. I’m not sure if this batch was not made correctly, but it made me sick

I take two of these nightly before bed and wake up with a flat stomach! It’s also helped keep me regular. I’m very happy with the product!
