Battery doesn't last long enough
The scooter is good, but the battery is unreliable for long trips. By time, it becomes an annoying issue.

Incredible value for money
Bought this 6+ months ago and its been working perfectly ever since with 0 issues, power is good and gets up to max speed quite quickly unlike some of the cheaper brands. One of the best brands around, the range is a little bit mid but there is a battery upgrade option if the range needs to be increased.

Horrible
I ordered this scooter for my son and it arrived poorly and barely wrapped in bubble wrap, damaged with parts that didn't fit together, no battery, and no manual. Cannot believe we paid this much money for such a lousy product.

Faulty but returned
The scooter was great for 2 weeks and had a fault. Returned easily and refunded. Bought a new one elsewhere, closer to avoid shipping in case of fault but has worked well.

Really good and delivered early
Turned up ahead of the advised delivery dates. Took 5 minutes to assemble and is fantastic to ride
