Wilton Gingerbread Boy Comfort Grip Cookie Cutter

Cute, perfect size, and will make great cookies

I bought my granddaughter the Gingerbread Man book so of course we had to make gingerbread men. This is a nice, sturdy cutter. It has the silicon (?) grip on the top so it was easy and safe for her to push down as hard as she wanted. We also have a smaller cutter so we made 2 sizes. I’m glad I bought this. We’ve used it for 2 baking activities. I rinse it and put it in the dishwasher. When we aren’t baking she uses it for her playdoh.

The large size and grip make this cookie cutter easy to use for big & little bakers. Recommend this product for anyone. Will purchase again.

This works great for making gingerbread men, but if you turn it upside down it also makes a reindeer head sugar cookie cut out!

It’s good quality and nice to use

We read the story about the gingerbread man for weeks and drew pictures and created our own gingerbread cookies to pretended that he ran around the country. lOL the kids loved it.

This worked really well, cutting the dough like it was butter (which it mostly was, ha ha!) I barely had to push down at all, so the comfort grip wasn't even as necessary as it would have been on a cutter that didn't cut very well. The comfort grip was a great feature, though, making it a very pleasant cutter to use. This cutter is tough, too, as it survived abduction by my Play-Dough playin' preschoolers. I only wish the cutter had been about an inch smaller, as I didn't get the yield I needed from two batches and had to make a third.

I know, cookie cutters typically aren't hard to use. What I appreciate most about this particular cookie cutter is that the comfort grip makes it easy to pull up after cutting the shape into the dough.It can be slightly difficult to get the shape out of the cookie cutter afterward without deforming them, but I managed to figure out how to get it done with minimal blemishes fairly easily.
