Full Leg Compression Sleeve - Support for Thigh, Knee, Calf for Men, Women, Running, Basketball, Football

My husband ordered 2 of these and wears them just about every day. They are comfortable and fit the length of his whole leg pretty much. They stay in place and don’t roll down. The amount of compression is just right for him…which helps his legs recover and provide him with the support he has been wanting.

The compression sleeve works as intended.

Produce came in as advertised and on time. I have ankloysisng spondylitis and have some chronic nerve pain and muscle issues in my quad. So my quad will just constantly twitch at times and make my leg and knee hurt. I bought a xl. I'm 5'4 but have muscular legs. Upon opening it i was hesitant it would fit, but it's perfect. Good fabric as well and gripping at the top. Fit my whole leg as well. It has nice stretch and I would say a medium to high compression. Which is what I wanted. For me, I felt a big difference with this on. My quad pain and knee pain felt a little better. I plan to wear this to bed while I'm resting. This would wear well under relaxed fitting pants or joggers, of course shorts.

I love this brand for my swollen leg (lymphedema) when playing pickleball, hiking and biking. Also have the ankle compression and need to order another. Great brand, lasts a long time w many washings.

I would not recommend these because they come as single leg sleeve and one sleeve is not worth $30. On the ordering page it will ask you for a quantity (For example 1, 2) and they do not make it clear that you are actually ordering the number of sleeves and not a number of pairs of sleeves so when I selected 1 (for 1 pair) but receieved 1 sleeve. Which means that to get the pair it cost $60 and they are definitely not worth $60. 1 pair for $30 would make them worth while. Especially since they don't really stay up on my leg and keep sliding down.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this product. My thigh circumference is 22", which results in me being between the medium and the large size. I opted to size up to the large to not risk the medium size being too restricting. This product is comfortable to wear and the compression feels good and supportive. Breathability is marginal. Where I run into an issue is they just simply will not stay up on my leg, which renders the product unusable. I have attempted to correct this issue by doing the following: - Slightly adjusting where the sleeve sits on my leg (further up/further down). - Placing the grip dots over the bottom section of my underwear where it goes down my leg. My thought process was perhaps it will grip better on fabric than my skin. - Ensured the grip dots are clean and free of sweat or something else that would reduce its ability to grip my skin. - Rolled the very top edge inward and outward to see if it needed just a little extra grip. Without fail, shortly after putting these on, they fall from top of thigh to my knee. Causing me to go to the restroom to readjust them or just take them off. My job requires a lot of sitting, bending, squatting. I could see where the product would ride down some in those situations due to just natural body movements; however, they slide down after a few yards of straight walking also. This is unfortunate considering the cost of these products. And since they have been worn numerous times, they are no longer returnable. I feel like I have wasted my money.

I’ve been purchasing this product through 2025 was very happy to find this, it’s been very good in terms of comfort of wearing and pressure it provided, obviously it would wear off so I constantly need a replacement, the problem is the one I bought on November 15 were lose and not tight enough even though it was exactly same product, it lacks compression and it’s way too elastic, please go back to previous formula, because of my condition I would need this type of product for the rest of my life, it would be nice to stick to one company

I blew out my entire leg from ankle to quad (dodging a pig, but that another story) I purchased a few different compression bands and sleeves, nothing worked when I got the Zensah it seemed like good quality, once I put it on OMG instant relief, I could walk normal again and the swelling immediately started to go down the brace stays in place and holds it's shape and doesn't cut in and didn't blowout Love it!

Very expensive compared to other similar products. Elasticity after one usage is bad . Doesn’t stay up
