These have been a convenient way to add collagen to my daily regimen. These capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach. I can tell a difference in how my joints feel ever since starting to take these daily. I feel like my skin is smoother as well.

So these aren't horse pills, but I still have a bit of trouble swallowing them. I have trouble swallowing anything larger than baby aspirin or my little vitamin E pills, so take that for what it is worth. Sometimes it is hard to say how much these things help. I know when I forget to take various vitamins/supplements, I have a lot of stiffness and pain in my neck and back. When I take them regularly, it isn't so bad.But also as you age, taking things like collagen slows down the aging process, but it is hard to really say by how much. I didn't have any adverse effect to using these and I find that everyone reacts differently, so what works for me may not work for you and vice versa. Overall, the price is not too high that it might be worth trying it out.

I like this formulation for quick results with my skin and relief from joint aches and pains like tennis elbow and sore knees. The pills are medium sized and easy enough to swallow. The blend of well absorbed fish collagen and hyaluronic acid really lubricates my joints and my skin feels hydrated throughout the day. The included selenium is appreciated as its not something I usually get enough of in my diet unless I'm eating Brazil nuts. Aloe Vera and the other vitamins really round out the profile to promote to promote bright youthful skin hair and nails. I do also take bovine collagen but I think the fish provides faster results so I combine them.

So, I did not expect to leave a good review for this collagen. I really didn't think it would help my skin because so many products have not helped my fine lines. I really am shocked. I can even feel the difference in my skin texture. I have PCOS and I have a lot of skin problems. This did not solve all of my problems, but it did make my skin look more smooth and it cleared up some extremely dry patches on my elbows. This first pic is a very unflattering picture of my face. Terrible lighting in a hospital room, but I feel like it gives you a good idea of what my forehead lines look like in real life. The second pic is right after a shower, in front of a window that gets indirect light. I used to be able to feel the vertical line between my eye brows-- I can still feel it, but its not as deep. Look, if you end up buying this, you won't be disappointed. If you don't-- Good! More for me! $10 is worth the results that I got.

My skin is is oily and acne prone. It has taken years to figure out how to clear it up and it is doing really good, finally, at the oh so young age of 51! Then I took this and THREE cysts popped up. If you have acne, you know that these are those very deep giant nasty blemishes. I researched it and apparently this can happen. Maybe it will work great for some people but for me, it is a very sad state of affairs. Biotin also breaks me out.
