Hello there,Thank you for the item is working properly & awesome, the only reason I gave 1 star because of the service date register start is 06/06/2017 that's mean instead I have received & activated for the first time on 09/29/2017 (when I received it). The conclusion is I lost almost 4 months in 12 months free service as promised!So please help to fix this matter & I'll give 5 stars after this problem solve.Looking forward to hear it from you & Thank you .Finally, they fix it & this item frankly say : too good to be true , but indeed the gps working flawlessly & I live in Los Angeles , California.Thank you again.

Need help to activate device, seller should provide instructions in English and contact info for support. I have device for a week now, but I can’t get it worksI installed AT&T SIM card and assigned to device Id, but still can’t get it work. Device on Apple app shows log off and status disabled . How do I enabled device? Product is most likely damaged, since I can’t find original box to send it back I’d like to ask seller to exchange for working device. I bought Another SIM card and activated from smart talk, but it’s still shows inactive on web site and Apple app. If course I will gladlly update my review and give more stars if it finally worksOk, it’s been a month, no one even attempted to contact me. Device is still disabled and I pay my monthly charges for SIM card. Amazon services should disable this seller for this scam product!

Too difficult to easily install and read instructions and I am a Master Electrician. And on top it needs a SIM card from a provider. It is no longer available on Amazon...wonder why? Changed to 1 star as it sits gathering dust on my desk.

Chinese writing in the website I cant understand how will this work. No good instructions that came with it.

Couldn't get it to work after multiple emails with vendor, I paid for a new sim card for it too. All that came up on the tracker was the place where it was made in China
