I have been using these inserts for the past 4 months and I have loved them. I have planters fasciitis and have made inserts from the DR but they always squeak - I am too young for squeaky shoes. So I tried these inserts (after my feet were feeling better) and they have been great for support and my feet don't hurt or squeak. Try them out and see if you like them, I'm glad I did.

I used these for a size 10.5 in women's wide and it fit perfectly. Didn't need to be trimmed. They're thin, lightweight, flexible, and super comfortable. They're soft, offer decent support for tennis shoes but nothing extraordinary. I found them pretty comfortable.

I have several pairs of these orthotic style insoles for increased arch support, and these are a bit different from the rest. I think these are actually more usable in a wider variety of shoes. I say that because they come in THINNER than most of the others. Most insoles like this are very thick in the heel as well as high arch support, and nearly solid from heel to the forward part of your arch, only offering flexibility under the ball and toes. These have a solid section ONLY in the middle under the arch for solid support, and the rest is a silicone/gel material with flexibility under the heel and forward part. And other than the arch, it's not super thick. So while it certainly has some cushion under the heels, it's not going to lift you out of your shoes!For size reference, I got the size L/XL and they are 12 inches long. They can be easily trimmed to fit if needed.RECOMMENDED

No complaints. I sometimes experience heel pain in my left foot due to plantar fasciitis. These offer good support and are comfortable to wear.

I absolutely love wearing tennis shoes or anything similar to the Superga or Converse shoes. However those type of shoes generally don't have any arch support or any decent cushioning. These inserts were perfect for those types of shoes as they do give just enough cushioning so that your feet don't hurt but also aren't so thick that they end up crowding the shoe. They also feel like they will last for quite a while unlike the type of foam that tends to compact within a short amount of time of usage. This is exactly what I needed and they're very well made, highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded.  The padding on these insoles are very comfortable, but the arch is not. It is somewhat uncomfortable, but that's because they are supposed to help correct Plantar Fasciitis. I am hoping, that overtime, I can get used to this.If you had thin insoles, in shoes, this would be an improvement but still somewhat uncomfortable.These insoles are easily adjustable to fit different shoe sizes. I ordered a Large/Extra Large. This fit a size 12 shoe perfectly without having to trim the insole.Overall, they are very well made and should hold up to a lot of walking. Crossing fingers that they help the Plantar Fasciitis.

I wear an 11 Wide shoe. The L/XL size fit right in perfectly without any trimming needed. The arch support is a bit higher than most insoles, and after using for a couple weeks, my conclusion is that they work GREAT! Very comfortable with a bit of cushioning.
