Good quality sound
The product is good and good sound quality and clarity. First order delivery happened. Product was acting funny with one side bud not charging and showing drained. But Amazon exchanged it within 2 days and the product is perfect. Seems like when you update the software product acted funny. I have not updated the software and it’s working fine. I am happy with the product

Not worth of money
These earbuds connect immediately as you take them out from the charger this is the only good thing I noticed with these earbuds.- Effective connectivity range is only 2-3 meters- After having slight moisture get into the earbuds, not properly charge, when putting them back into the case still connect, charging does not last more than an hour, The other side of the phone call gets lot of noise

Very bad sound quality
Very poor quality. Sound level lowered after 1 year of use. I cant hear the voice now. I bought only on sep 2023. I am strongly disagree to promote this JBL item. These type of items will ruin the reputation of JBL.
